We are currently acting as Principal Designers on a number of projects under the auspices of the new regs which came into force in April 2015.  The updated regs place onerous duties on all parties to a construction project and differ considerably from the old regs as they now place the Client firmly at the top of the responsibility tree. 

With our considerable experience as Planning Supervisor, CDM Co-ordinator and now as Principal Designer, we are best placed to advise our clients on the most effective way to safely and legally procure construction projects.
