I am Chris Stringer, a member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).  I have been involved in the construction industry for over thirty years.  I worked formerly as proprietor of a specialist SME carrying out building work to commercial, retail and residential portfolios across the UK.  I am now a Chartered Surveyor and Project Manager.  During my career I have worked at international, national and regional surveying practices throughout the North West.
